UK – Keith Clark, current chairman of international law firm, Clifford Chance (CC), has been appointed international general counsel at financial services giant, Morgan Stanley (MS).

Clark, who has been at CC for over 30 years, will take up his new role in the New Year in London with responsibility for MS’s international legal work.

Says Clark of the move : “Now that I have achieved everything that I set out to achieve, it is time to move on and seek a fresh challenge. It will be sad to leave Clifford Chance but joining Morgan Stanley will open up a world of opportunities.”

In addition, he will become a member of MS’s European executive committee.
