FRANCE - Patrick Serre has been appointed chairman of multi-manager CCF-SEI Investments, the joint venture of HSBC CCF AMG and SEI Investments.
Serre succeeds Didier Bouchard, who will concentrate on his position as managing director of Be.Partner, CCF’s business-to-business fund distribution asset management company.

Serre joined the company in November 2000 as a member of its executive board in charge of institutional business.

Formerly, he worked for Fortis Investment Management dealing with French and other European corporate clients.
Most recently he was head of Fortis’ institutional business and an executive board member.
