FRANCE- Siparex Ventures, the venture capital arm of France’s Siparex Group, has launched four so-called ‘Innovation’ funds for customers of Crédit Agricole, SanPaolo IMI, Oddo Asset Management and Financiere Meeschaert.

The funds will invest exclusively in France and enable customers of the four groups access to the Siparex investment teams. They will invest alongside the fund Siparex Ventures 1 which specialises in expansion capital and leveraged buyouts.

Three years ago Siparex Ventures did the same for ING/Ferri, the stock brokerage arm of the ING Group.

Siparex was founded twenty five years ago by CEO Dominique Nouvellet as France’s first independent private equity investor. Today it specialises in expansion capital, leveraged buyout financing and venture capital.
