UK – Gartmore Investment Management has appointed Paul Skinner as head of fixed income business development - a newly created position.

Skinner will report to Roger Bartley, director, head of fixed income and work with James Binny developing and implementing the firm’s fixed income marketing and sales strategy across the whole product range.

He joins from WestLB Asset Management where he was executive director for new business development for UK, Middle East, and Asia.
