CZECH REPUBLIC – Kamila Spurna has been appointed chairman of the management board of Crédit Suisse Asset Management (Praha) (CSAM).
Spurna rejoins CSAM, where she originally spent three years as a portfolio manager and financial analyst, from Citicorp Investment Company where she was senior portfolio manager and a member of the board.
In her new position, she will look after CSAM;s operations in the Czech Republic and other Slovak Republics, including the distribution of CSAM’s Luxembourg offshore funds as soon as regulations permit.
CSAM, with some $788bn (€908bn) in assets under management worldwide, currently has 44 staff across Central and Eastern Europe with offices in Budapest, Prague and Warsaw
