US – State Street Corp. has hired the chief operating officer of Dutch bank ING’s US wealth management business.
State Street said in a statement that it has named Vincent Lepore as vice president of its wealth manager services team.
It said that Lepore, 53, was previously senior managing director and chief operating officer of the New York-based ING Managed Account Group, part of ING Investment Management.
He will be responsible for global operations for the managed account group and will report to executive vice president Anne Tangen.
"Vincent's appointment is a further testament to our commitment to the wealth manager services business, and we look forward to continuing to provide our clients with the highest level of service and technology," said Tangen.
