UK - Custodian bank State Street is looking to recruit a head of operations for its UK investor services business.
The role reports to the managing director of investor services for the UK, the Middle East and Africa and oversees 500 employees, mostly in London.
The head of collective fund services and the head of UK trustee services report into the role.
"The head of operations will be a key member of the senior management for investor services UKMEA," the firm states in a recruitment ad.
A London-based spokesman said the role was not a new one but wasn't able to say if an executive has left. A request for further information from spokespeople in the US was not answered by press time.
The successful applicant will "maintain and improve existing customer service delivery whilst formulating and executing a strategy to change and improve the business operating model".
The business is moving to new London premises next year, the ad states.
Last week Paternoster, the defined benefit pension insurance group, announced it had extended its existing relationship with State Street.
