UK – London-based equity research and portfolio analysis firm, Style Research has appointed Peter Hopkins as a new partner in its London office.

Hopkins joins from Baring Asset Management, where he spent fourteen years, most recently as director of its investment management group. He has also headed up BAM’s quantitative research team.

Says Robert Schwob, director of Style Research: “Hopkins has experience and very wide knowledge of the industry. He will contribute to our development programme as well as support clients and business partners.”

Style Research was established by Schwob in London in 1997. It recently opened a US subsidiary in Boston. The company operates in the institutional sector, offering independent equity research and portfolio analysis to its clients and business partners in 16 countries.
