EUROPE – Towers Perrin says increasing demand from European multinational companies is behind its recruitment of two consultants from rival firms and the transfer of another from its Toronto office.
The consulting firm said Alan Singleton, Paul Pacitto and Ritesh Bamania would support the “increasing demand” for the services of its global consulting group in Europe.
Singleton joins from Mercer Human Resource Consulting, where he was a consultant for 12 years. Bamania was at Watson Wyatt for five years. They will provide advice to clients on all aspects of design, financing and accounting for employee benefits worldwide.
Pacitto has transferred from Towers’ Toronto office, where he was a retirement associate. “Paul will be responsible for pension accounting and valuations projects to GCG clients and will have a particular focus on Italian companies.”
“The continuing growth in demand for our services from European multinational companies is proof that the calibre of our people combined with a client-focused delivery strategy differentiates us the preferred provider of global consulting services,” said European consulting head Nigel Bateman.
“We are delighted to welcome three more high calibre people to our team to further support our clients.”
