Consultants Towers Perrin has appointed Robert Ivey to head its financial planning practice in London.

He joins from Watson Wyatt where he built up a similar practice. He will lead a team to advise employees on how fi-nancial products can be matched with employers benefit programmes. The consultants believe this could be its fastest growing practice area.
