EUROPE – Two top executives – UK investor services’ Richard Fodder and Luxembourg funds’ Thierry Logier - have left State Street.
J P Morgan Investor Services said in a statement that it has hired State Street’s UK and Nordic investor services sales head Richard Fodder.
The US bank said Fodder would join in the New Year with the title senior vice president, fund management, client and sales executive. He would report to Dick Feehan and Ann Doherty, European heads of sales and client management.
Fodder moved with Deutsche Global Investor Services when it was bought by State Street and headed up all new business development initiatives in the UK.
State Street said his role would be taken Alasdair Reid, head of European pension sales.
Meanwhile Euroclear said that it has appointed Logier as director and head of product management, investment funds. Logier was director of sales and marketing at State Street Bank Luxembourg. He takes over from Barbara Vuylsteke, who will take charge of Euroclear’s transaction processing department.
Logier will report to Pierre Slechten, managing director of product management.
