UK – UBS Global Asset Management (UBS Global AM) continued to strengthen its UK team with the appointment of Guy Walker as senior analyst for Pan European equity research.

Walker joins the group’s 86-member global equity research where he will report to Richard West, head of European equities. Last month, Frank Manduca started as head of the UK Small Cap team, also reporting to West.

Prior to joining UBS Global AM, Walker worked in the corporate finance department of Marks & Spencer where he participated in mergers and acquisitions, financial analysis and the evaluation of new product lines as well as devising and implementing corporate finance policy.

UBS Global AM, a subsidiary of UBS, has $411bn (e416bn) under management.
