UK – Nicola Ralston has been elected as co-chair of the Society of Investment Professionals (SIP), the UK branch of the Association for Investment Management and Research (AIMR), the Charlottesville based non-profit organisation serving the global investment community.
The London-based SIP has over 3,800 current members and Ralston will work alongside current co-chair, Yusuf Samad, managing director (MD) of Citibank Europe’s fund manager relationships business. She replaces Dugald Eadie, former MD of Henderson Investors.
Ralston recently retired as head of investment management at Schroders, a position she held for two years. She has been active in the financial community since the late 1970s.
