PGGM - The €85bn Dutch healthcare workers' pension fund has formed a cooperative, taking over the administration of the collective pension scheme and to offer participants supplementary income products and services. Its executive committee comprises Ludo Jansen (NVZ), Hans Klein Breteler and Constant van Schelven (Actiz), Gerrit Jan Hoogeland (GGZ Nederland), Gerard Gerding (VGN), Ane Hoekstra (MOgroep), William Moorlag and Jenneke van Pijpen (ABVAKABO FNV), Gabriël van der Heijde (NU'91) and Hillebrandt Aardema (CNV Publieke Zaak). There are two vacancies for ABVAKABO FNV representatives. Hans Alders is the chairman of the executive committee.
Credit Suisse Asset Management - Richard Dryer will replace Ian Fishwick who left in May as director and head of UK fixed Income business at CSAM from September. Dryer joins from Insight Investment Management where he was head of UK institutional credit.
Pioneer Investments - Robert Kellermann from Allianz Global Investors is Pioneer's new head of consultant relations in Germany and Switzerland. Kellermann, relocating from Frankfurt to Munich, will focus on acquiring mandates for German institutional funds and mutual funds for institutional clients.
HSBC Investments - Julian Lyne has been promoted to the new position of head of global consultant relations. He previously headed the bank's institutional business development business. Lyne will remain based in London.
Swisscanto - Bern-based asset manager and consultant Swisscanto has officially promoted Othmar Simeon to replace Oskar Leutwyler as managing director. Leutwyler had been forced to resign in May amid questions over his co-ownership of an affiliate to the pension fund called Gemini Personalvorsorge.
Ermitage Group - ABN Amro's head of global distribution, Todd Scanlon has joined the alternative asset manager chaired by Paul Myners as managing director for institutional sales, to grow the group's global institutional business. US-national Scanlon will be based in London.
Aegon Asset Management - Philip Clark, Gerardine Davies and David Wise,all senior executives from Morley Fund Management, have joined Aegon todevelop the firm's real estate activities. Also, Aegon Pension NetworkUK, offering pension solutions for multinationals, has promoted PeteRegan to regional sales director. Johan van Egmond has been namedregional sales director, while Bas Knol started as communicationsmanager. Both Egmond and Knol worked for Aegon in the Netherlands.
Northern Trust - Jim Trotter has been promoted to global deputy head of the firm's investment risk and analytical services team. Simon Willcox has been promoted to lead the team's international product management team for Europe Middle East and Africa.
Hewitt Associates - Lane Clark & Peacock's Antony Hayes joins the consultant's UK corporate pensions consulting team in London.
First Liability Matching - The new Amsterdam-based investment manager to whom Dutch construction group VolkerWessels' pension outsourced its entire liability management in January is looking for a business development manager, director Henk Beets told IPE today.
CB Richard Ellis Investors - The real estate investment manager has poached Lehman brothers' Deborah Smith and June Yu as senior managing directors. They will lead the new New York-based investment team charged with providing global advisory expertise and outsourcing, structuring and executing entity-level real estate transactions.
