Northern Trust Global Investments - Integrated Alternative Investments' Dawn Kendall has been appointed as head of investments, international - a newly-created role within NTGI's London-based manager of managers business. She was previously investment director

 at Integrated Alternative Investments, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Integrated Asset Management .

Bank of New York - Marc Russell-Jones, is leaving Northern Trust to join BONY as the new London-based managing director and head of sales for alternative investment services in Europe.

Mercer - Barbara Marder has been promoted to head Mercer's global consulting to defined contribution plans. This is a new position. Marder, a 20-year veteran of Mercer, previously served as the professional leader for Mercer's Americas retirement business and was also a member of the Americas Retirement Operating Committee. Mercer has not identified a replacement for her old position yet, a spokeswoman said.

JPMorgan Worldwide Securities Services - JPMorgan is further expanding its Dutch business, after nabbing John Gout, Roel van der Wiel and Dennis Burgers from ABN Amro last autumn.

Watson Wyatt - Mercer's John Phillips is joining Watson Wyatt Technology and Administration Solutions. He will be based in Leeds, with senior management responsibility for benefits outsourcing services in the north of England.

RCM - David Harris is joining RCM, a specialist global equity company of Allianz Global Investors, as a director within the institutional business development and client service team. He joins from Mellon Analytical Solutions, where he was European business development director.

Managing Partners Ltd - The Cayman Islands-based fund management group has appointed FLIGHT Asset Management's Pierre Capitaine as head of institutional sales. Based in Geneva, he will be responsible for the company's institutional business throughout Europe.

New Star - Deanne Parry Jones, from REIT Asset Management, joins the company's international property fund team as European asset manager, whlie AIG Global Real Estate Investment's Lucy Hammerbeck arrives as Asia Pacific asset manager.

ETF Securities - Michael Geister has been appointed to ETF's European sales team with responsibility for German and Austrian sales. Geister has worked at Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking in Paris, London and Frankfurt. This new appointment is part of the ongoing expansion of the ETF Securities team, the company said.
 
Henderson Global Investors - Jill Hodges will start as hedge fund sales manager at Henderson on Monday. She joins from Mt Thaler Investment Management.

Punter Southall - John Dean, joining from HSA, has been appointed to the newly-created role of head of health and risk consulting.
