GLOBAL - Mn Services, SEB, Schroders, Pensions Regulator, SEI, Aon, Mercer, Hewitt, Pictet Asset Management, Pioneer, Vontobel, Alliance Trust Savings.

Mn Services - Patrick Dunnewolt, previously with Goldman Sachs Asset Management in London, will take up the role of  Mn Services' manager business development on July 1. Dunnewolt will be responsible for the acquisition of large market parties that consider fiduciary investment management, pension scheme administration or management support with Mn Services. He will head a team of (senior) business consultants and RPF producers.

SEB - Chief financial officer (CFO) Per-Arne Blomquist will leave SEB at the end of the second quarter to take up the position as CFO and executive vice-president at Nordic telecommunications provider TeliaSonera. Jan Erik Back, currently first senior executive vice-president of Vattenfall, will take over from Blomquist.

Schroders - Jonathan Asquith is standing down as director and vice chairman. He will leave the company later this year. His responsibilities for property and corporate development have been assigned to members of the management committee, while responsibility for fixed income will be handed to Alan Brown, group chief investment officer (CIO).

Pensions Regulator - June Mulroy has been reappointed as executive director of business delivery at the Pensions Regulator. She has already served for three years and has been appointed for a further three.

SEI - Lucy Cooke has left Northern Trust Global Investments (Europe) to become a client service director on the UK institutional team at SEI's London-based firm.

Aon Consulting - Shahbaz Hamid has been promoted to commercial relationship director for Scotland, leading the commercial development of Aon Consulting's Scottish offices in Glasgow and Edinburgh.

Mercer - Hymans Robertson's Brian Henderson is joining Mercer as a principal and senior investment consultant in its Edinburgh office.

Hewitt Associates - Urs Schaffner (pictured, right) is the new managing director of Hewitt Associates in Switzerland. Schaffner joined Hewitt in September 2007 from Mercer. Roland Schmid has left to join Zurich Life Switzerland.

Pictet Asset Management - The institutional division of the Swiss private bank Pictet & Cie, has appointed Berenika Heringa as business development manager in London. Joining from F&C Investments, she will be marketing PAM's conventional equity, fixed income, SRI and alternative investment products to institutional investors in Northern Europe.

Pioneer Investments - Jean-Luc Paraire (pictured right), who left Credit Agricole Asset Management in March, has joined Pioneer in a new role with responsibility for consultant relations and requests for proposal (RFP).

Vontobel Asset Management - Hansjörg Herzog has been appointed to lead the European sales activities of the asset management arm of private bank Vontobel in Zurich. He previously worked for Credit Suisse.

Alliance Trust Savings - Alison Mollard has been promoted to business development team leader of key accounts. Ian Linden will become business development manager for Scotland, joining from Fitzallan Limited. Nicola Fotheringham has been promoted to senior account manager.
