GLOBAL - Thomson Reuters, F&C, RCM, Aon, Vanguard, Composition Capital Partners, Northern Trust, SLCP.

Thomson Reuters - Maggie Lester, international benefits manager at Thomson Reuters, has left the company after seven years. There is no replacement for her as yet.

F&C - Jeroen Wilbrink has joined the asset liability management and insurance team as a product specialist for structured solutions in London. Before joining F&C, Wilbrink was responsible for structured product sales to the Dutch market at Citibank.

RCM - Guido Stiel has joined the global equity company of Allianz Global Investors as director and senior portfolio manager of emerging market equities in Frankfurt, joining from Deka Investment.

Aon Consulting - Richard Strachan and Tom Clark are both joining the Edinburgh office from Standard Life Client Management, and will be responsible for building and maintaining Aon Consulting's benefits solutions' client base.

Vanguard - F. William McNabb III, president of Vanguard Group, will replace Jack Brennan as chief executive officer. Brennan will continue to serve as Vanguard's chairman.

Mercer - KPMG's Tony Morgan has joined the UK outsourcing business as a principal and head of client management. Emma Pilley, from Hewitt, and PwC's Gary Evans have also been appointed as principals and client relationship managers in the same team. The consultant said its benefits outsourcing business is expanding its client relationship and service development teams as part of a strategy which it hopes will see them lead the market in customer service delivery.

Composition Capital Partners - Morella Hessels has left the London office of Northern Trust and will move to Composition Capital Partner's Amsterdam office, covering business development, client service and marketing.

Northern Trust - John Hannon, from State Street, has been appointed as EMEA head of investment operations outsourcing. At the same time, Andrew Lelliott, previously at  International Financial Data Services, joins as head of UK transfer agency, and RBC Dexia's Sascha Calisan has been hired as product manager for fund administration in EMEA. All three are based in London.

SL Capital Partners - Jamie Ebersole has been appointed senior investment director  for private equity in North America, based in Boston. He previously worked for Allianz Private Equity Partners where he was head of the New York office.
