GLOBAL - Schroders, Redington Partners, Climate Change Capital, P-Solve, Hermes, Alexander Forbes

Schroders - Karl Dasher has been promoted to head of fixed income at the asset management firm, having joined Schroders in January as head of global products. He takes over the management responsibility from Alan Brown, who is now group chief investment officer and head of the newly-formed fixed income investment committee (FIIC).

Redington Partners - Jeremy Rosten (pictured, right) has left Lehman Brothers, where he was chief European risk modeller within the quantitative portfolio strategies group, to become senior consultant at Redington.

Climate Change Capital - Shaun Mays has joined the specialist asset management and adviser firm as chief investment officer, having previously been chief executive of RREEF Infrastructure Investments. Tim Keith, chief executive of infrastructure and private equity at RREEF, has assumed Mays' duties.

P-Solve - P-Solve Asset Solutions has recruited another five people to the division of Punter Southall Group. Mark Salter was previously client relationship manager at HSBC Asset Management, Nick Davies was institutional marketing manager for EMEA at DIAM and Emma Pugh has arrived from F&C as all three have been appointed as client relationship managers. Chris Windeatt and Sophia Hillard have joined the as governance associates.

Hermes - Caroline Baker has been appointed as executive director of human resources, having previously been global head of human resources at ABN Amro Asset Management.

Alexander Forbes - John Hubner is now HR director and joins from Legal & General where he was head of HR for sales, protection and annuities.
