Insight Investment - Emma du Haney will be joining the fixed income team as a senior fixed income product specialist on December 3 from Henderson Global Investors.

Hymans Robertson - Lee Hollingworth joines from KPMG in the newly created role of head of DC consulting, focused on defined contribution (DC) pension schemes.

Bfinance - Preben Øye has started in the Northern Europe team as director, business development. Based between London and the Nordic Region, Øye joins from Fidelity Investments.

Watson Wyatt - Paul Nevin, previously head of global equity derivatives for the UK, Ireland, Africa at Calyon is now working in the client consulting team as a senior investment consultant in London. Brown Shipley's Richard Burns re-joins as a consultant in the firm's client consulting team in Leeds. Simon Ralph, based in Reigate as a project manager has joined from Children's Mutual.

Club Vita - Mike Taylor, chief executive of the London Pensions Fund Authority (LPFA) is joining the supervisory board of Hymans Robertson's longevity research firm, Club Vita.

The Pensions Regulator - The scheme specific funding and corporate risk management teams at the regulator have been brought together into one new Risk and Funding team, headed by Ian Cordwell.

CB Richard Ellis Investors - Peter DiCorpo was appointed chief operating officer based in Los Angeles, joining from AIG Global Real Estate Investment Corp.

Newton Investment Management - Senior investment research analysts Amanda Young and Laura Aarnio have left their respective positions at CCLA Investment Management and PIRC London to join Newton's social responsible investments (SRI) team.

LaSalle Investment Management - Libby Montgomery has rejoined the firm's global client services team after her maternity leave, focusing on raising capital from investors in Italy and Spain. She is based in London.

Baillie Gifford & Co - James Budden has joined the Institutional clients department as marketing director, wealth management from Witan Investment Trust, to develop a global strategy to distribute investment trusts and other collective investment funds.

PGGM - Michael van Hoewijk has been appointed director human resources at PGGM, the newly separtated asset manager of the Dutch pension fund PFZW. He joins from ING Retail.

The International Capital Market Association - David Hiscock joins the regulatory policy team as senior advisor in London from JP Morgan.

VAM Funds - Stephen Reddaway is the new business development consultant for Europe, previously working at AIG covering both Europe and South America.

International Financial Data Services - Stephen Ellis will work as chief operating officer for the international transfer agency joint venture between State Street Corporation and DST Systems. Prior to joining IFDS, Ellis was vice president of treasury and lending at the Credit Union of Central Ontario.

Galena Asset Management - David Mimra joins Galena Asset Management as head of sales and marketing. He is one of the five founding partners of Harbour Capital Partners, a London-based hedge fund platform.
