GLOBAL - AP1, IASCF, Ipes, Osmosis Capital, Carnegie Investment Bank
AP1 - Ossian Ekdahl, who has been the fund's head of corporate governance since 2001, is now head of communications and ESG (environmental, social and governance), following the merger of AP1's corporate governance and corporate communications units. Nadine Viel Lamare has left her post as head of corporate communications to devote her full time to ESG-analysis and engagement.
International Accounting Standards Committee Foundation - The parent body of the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) has appointed two US financial analysts to the board. Patrick Finnegan, director of the financial reporting policy group at the CFA Institute Centre for Financial Market Integrity, and Patricia McConnell, a former accounting and tax policy analyst with Bear Stearns & Co, will take up their positions from July.
Ipes - The provider of outsourced fund administration services to the private equity industry has appointed Richard Grainger as chairman and Gavin Hayman as chief financial officer. Connie Helyar, Ipes' co-founder and former Chairman, will become a consultant to the firm following last year's management buyout.
Osmosis Capital - Jim Totty is now partner and senior investment manager at the low carbon product investment boutique. He was previously a management consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Energy and Utilities team.
Carnegie Investment Bank - Frans Lindelöw is leaving his role as head of Nordea Nordic Banking Sweden and on the executive management to join Carnegie Investment Bank AB in the autumn as president and CEO.
