Hewitt - Reinoud van den Broek has succeeded Jan Pater as managing director for the Netherlands at Hewitt Associates. He was previously executive vice president and head of global business development for institutional sales and account management at Robeco. Pater has taken up a new role as European business operations leader.
Pimco - Richard Weil has been named as global head of Pimco Advisory, while Douglas Hodge, Pimco's head of Asia-Pacific, is now the firm's chief operating officer, succeeding Weil.
Hermes Fund Managers - Saker Nusseibeh joined the firm on 2 June as head of investments, spanning all of its asset management capabilities, and will also join Hermes' main board. He was previously global head of equities and CIO of global equities at Fortis Investments. Roger Gray will step down as CIO after a brief handover to focus his time on opportunities and on managing money.
The Pensions Regulator (TPR) - Isabel Hudson and Bruce Rigby became non-executive directors on 1 June. Their tenure will last four years. More recently, Hudson was executive director of Prudential Assurance UK before leaving to set up buyout provider Synesis Life. Rigby is currently Mercer's global chief retirement strategist.
Nordea - Torsten Hagen Jørgensen will take over from Jakob Grinbaum as head of group treasury. From 1 September, Johan Ekwall, currently head of investor relations, will become head of group planning and control once a new recruit has been signed, replacing Frank Søllested who becomes head of group finance. CFO Fredrik Rystedt will also become country senior executive in Sweden.
Prupim - Adrian Little has been appointed as investment management director with a specific focus on opportunities within indirect investment. He joins from Invista Real Estate, where he was director of indirect investment. He will be based in London and will report to Chris Perkins, director of fund management.
SNS REAAL N.V. - Dick Okhuijsen has been appointed to become a member of the Council of the Governing Board, with primary responsibility for the insurance activities of REAAL and Zwitserleven from 1 September. He is currently CEO of ING Life Insurance Company in Japan, but prior to that was CEO of ING Insurance in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. He will also join the SNS Executive Board.
RWC Partners - Mike Corcell has joined the firm to launch a US long-short equity fund, and will now recruit a team to work with. He previously worked at SAC Investment Management but is perhaps better known for his days at Threadneedle where he was responsible for launching and managing the Threadneedle American Crescendo fund.
