GLOBAL - ÖPAG, Danish Money and Pension Panel, Cardano UK, International Asset Management, RBC Capital Markets

ÖPAG - Rudolf Böhm has been confirmed as board member of the Austrian ÖPAG until the end of 2011 and named as chairman of the board until that date. He has also joined the board, in an advisory role, of the Vorsorge Holding - the umbrella organisation comprising the ÖPAG, the severance pay fund and a consulting company run by the ÖPAG founders Raiffeisen, the banking group, and the insurance company Uniqa. The Vorsorge Holding is currently headed by Andreas Zakostelsky.

Danish Money and Pension Panel - Carsten Tanggaard has been chosen by Denmark's minister for economics and business affairs, Lene Espersen, to be the new chairman of the country's Money and Pension Panel. Tanggaard is professor of financing at Århus University. The Panel was formed in 2007 under the auspices of the Ministry of Economic and Business Affairs, to promote financial awareness among consumers.

Cardano UK - Claire Bowyer has joined the London team as head of legal. She was previously senior associate at law firm Travers Smith, specialising in investment funds, private equity and mergers and acquisitions.

International Asset Management (IAM) - Andrew Cade has been appointed as head of client development and marketing and Mark Faulkenberg is head of operational due diligence. Cade was previously a director at ABN Amro and a member of the alternative investment funds team while Faulkenberg had been senior vice president and head of operational due diligence, fund accounting and administration at Neuberger Berman.

RBC Capital Markets - Simon Ballard has been hired as a director and senior credit strategist in London, reporting to Roger Appleyard, who is head of global credit research. He most recently worked at Creditsights as head of European credit strategy.
