Northern Trust Global Investments - John Krieg, formerly based in Chicago at Northern Trust Corporation's head of global investment product management, has joined NTGI as the managing director for the Europe, Middle East and Africa. Krieg, whose newly created role will take him to London, has worked for TimesSquare Capital Management, Credit Suisse Asset Management and Towers Perrin.
State Street Global Advisors - Raymond Haines has been appointed as head of UK liability-driven investing. Based in the company's London offices, Haines was most recently chief investment officer at LV= Asset Management, but has also worked for ABN AMRO Bank, as well as Hill Samuel Asset Management.
Prisma Capital Partners - Anne Wynne and James Welch join from Ivy Asset Management and Kettle Cove Investors, respectively. Wynne, a senior counsel and vice-president at Ivy, has been named Prisma's general counsel, while Welch will be managing director and a member of the company's Portfolio Management Group.
European Association for Investors in Non-listed Real Estate Vehicles - Michael Morgenroth has taken over from Johan van der Ende as chairman of INREV. Morgenroth, a member of the management board at Gothaer Asset Management, is the organisation's first German chairman.
Additionally, INREV founder Pieter Hendrikse, Georg Allendorf, Bernhard Berg (chief executive of Generali Deutschald Immobilien) and Michael Nielsen (managing director of ATP Real Estate) will be leaving the board. Their replacements are Jens Christian Britze of ATP Real Estate; Patrick Kanters, managing director Global Real Estate at APG Asset Management; Noel Manns, principal at Europa Capital Partners; Iris Aalders of ING Real Estate Investment Management Europe; and Tobias Pfeffer of Generali Deutschland Immobilien.
Sacker & Partners - John Parkinson has jointed the law firm's business development team as an executive. He joins Sackers from Blake Lapthorn, where his areas included litigation and dispute resolution practices.
Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management - Guillaume de Lafarge joins from BRED Banque Populaire, where he was head of financial management for the last four years. De Lafarge, who holds an MBA from the Ecole Centrale in Paris, will be the company's deputy head of risk management.
Heartwood Wealth Management - Michael Stanes has been announced as investment director, reporting to chief investment officer Noland Carter. Stanes will be responsible for some of Heartwood's multi-asset funds, having previously been chief executive and CIO of a privately owned investment office. Stanes is also a former executive director of Goldman Sachs Asset Management.
City Asset Management - Mark Russell-Stracey will join the company as senior portfolio manager starting next month, as well as joining CAM's Tactical Asset Allocation Committee. Russell-Stacey worked for Arbuthnot Latham for 12 years, where he was most recently head of UK Equities.
