GLOBAL - Mercer, Hermes, Insynergy Investment Management, LCH.Clearnet, RBC Dexia Investor Services
Mercer - Richard Doig has been named senior consultant at the firm's Windsor office, responsible for client management and regulated advice. Doig joins from Heath Lambert Consulting and was founder and chief executive of Employee Benefits Group.
Hermes - Zu Cowperthwaite joins from Loomis Sayles as a portfolio manager in the global equities team. Based in Boston, Cowperthwaite will report to Lode Devlaminck, chief investment officer and founding principal of Hermes Global Equities. She worked previously for Evergreen Investments and began her career at Scudder, Stevens & Clark.
Insynergy Investment Management - Nicola Large has been hired as commercial director, working with chief executive Spike Hughes. Large, a graduate of the University of Cambridge, joins from Actis and has previously worked at Smith & Williamson Corporate Finance.
LCH.Clearnet - Michael Davie has been named chief executive of SwapClear, its interest rate swap clearing service. Joining from JP Morgan, Davie will report to LCH.Clearnet chief executive Roger Liddell.
RBC Dexia Investor Services - David Dibben, former chief operating officer for HSBC Global Asset Management's global fund range, has been announced as RBC Dexia's head of global fund range. Dibben will be based in London and report to Rob Wright, global head product and client segments, and has previously worked for Henderson Global Investors and Norwich Union.
