GLOBAL - AMPS, EIOPA, FSE Electriciens, Fundo, Pioneer Investments, PensPlan, PwC
Association of Member-Directed Pensions Schemes (AMPS) - Robert Graves, head of pensions technical services at Rowanmoor Pensions, has been elected chairman of AMPS for a third term. He was first elected chairman in late 2008 and has been a committee member since 2005.
European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority (EIOPA) - As part of the transition from the Committee of European Insurance and Occupational Pensions (CEIOPS) to EIOPA, CEIOPS is now asking for interested parties to apply for positions on the Occupational Pensions Stakeholder Group, as well as the Insurance and Reinsurance Stakeholder Group. Applications must be made by 31 December.
FSE Electriciens - Johan Bourdeaud'hui has departed as director of the Belgian sector-wide pension fund for electricians, with Ivo Deckers assuming the position.
Fundo - Jérôme Chevallerau joins as head of business development and managing director at the Swiss company. Chevallerau has spent eight years at Unigestion and until last year worked at EIM. He was also head of the Swiss investment foundation AAA between 2002 and 2009.
PensPlan - Florian Schwienbacher, former administration manager of PensPlan Invest, has been promoted to managing director of the company following the departure of Michael Atzwanger, who joined the board of Alpenbank. Schwienbacher has been with PensPlan for 12 years, with president Stefano Tomazzoni crediting him with the development of a strong, competitative PensPLan Invest in the Trentino Südtirol region.
Pioneer Investments - Evi Vogl will join as chief executive for the company's Germany division, assuming her role in 2011. The announcement means Vogl will leave her role as head of BNP Paribas Investment Partners' German division, a position she held for three years. Prior to this, she was managing director at Baring Asset Management, where she oversaw client relations in Germany, Austria and Luxembourg. John Burns, interim chief executive at Pioneer Investments, will resume his position as managing director in the new year.
PwC - Nigel Vooght has been appointed head of financial services at the consultancy, replacing Jeremy Scott. In his new position, Vooght will oversee PwC's activities in insurance, asset management and capital markets.
