GLOBAL - Stamford Associates, Skagen, Muse Advisory, Sackers, Capita Hartshead, Saemor Capital, Schroders, Auda International
Stamford Associates - Wendy Mayall has been appointed in the new role of managing director and head of strategy at investment consultant Stamford Associates. Mayall will work with Nathan Gelber and senior adviser Sir Mark Weinburg to develop company strategy and improve client service. Mayall has worked at Stamford before, between 1984 and 1994. She then held the post of chief investment officer at the Unilever Pension Fund for 16 years before joining Stamford for a second time.
Skagen - Nienke Abma and Mark Houben have joined the Norway-based asset manager as it expands its new Dutch branch in Amsterdam. Abma will work with client servicing - she was previously employed as senior executive search consultant before joining Skagen. Houben will work in communications and arrives from Springer Science+Business Media, where he was chief editor.
Muse Advisory - The independent pensions governance and administration consultancy has appointed Mark Dallaway to its administration consultancy team. Dallaway will help the consultancy respond to increasing demand to support trustees faced with administration problems. He joins from a role in senior client management at Aon Hewitt.
Sacker & Partners - The UK pensions law firm has promoted Eleanor Daplyn and Stuart O'Brien to partner. Daplyn has been at Sackers since 2003 and advises employer clients and trustees on all aspects of pensions law. O'Brien also joined the firm in 2003 and specialises in advising on pensions and corporate transactions.
Capita Hartshead Actuarial and Consultancy Services - Sue Curley has joined in the new role of consultancy director. She will report to director of consulting and operations Malcolm Pierce. Curley joined Capita Hartshead in 2009, following its acquisition of Gissings.
Saemor Capital - Erwin de Kleijn has been appointed as investor relations manager at the Dutch hedge fund. In his new role, he will aim to expand Saemor's investor base as its international profile grows. Most recently, de Kleijn worked at Finles Capital Management. He has also served at NIBC and ING Investment Management.
Schroders - Gareth Isaac and Nicholette MacDonald-Brown have been appointed to the fixed income multi-sector team and the European equities division, respectively. Isaac takes the post of portfolio manager, joining from GLG Partners, where he was fund manager of the GLG Core Plus Sterling Bond fund. MacDonald-Brown has been appointed fund manager and joins from Goldman Sachs Investment Partners.
Auda International - Britta Lindhorst will join the German company as managing director by the end of the year. In her new position, she will oversee the company's European private equity investments. Lindhorst joins from Generali Private Equity Investments, where she spent 14 years and was most recently managing director.
