GLOBAL - Electricity Pensions Services, BaFin, Bellevue Asset Management, Focus Orange, Scottish Widows.

Electricity Pensions Services - Steve Bott, currently managing director at the company, is to leave at the end of the year. No replacement is to be hired, with Bott's responsibilities transferred to other staff members. Richard Aitkin Davies remains as company chairman.

BaFin - Jochen Sanio, who joined the German financial regulator upon its launch in 2002, is to step down from January next year, with the country's ministry of finance announcing Elke König as his replacement. König has previously worked as a board member at Hannover Rückversicherung and was a member of the International Accounting Standards Board.

Bellevue Asset Management
- André Rüegg is to replace Hans-Peter Diener as chief executive of the asset management company at the beginning of next year. His new position will see him join its management board, having previously acted as deputy chief executive and head of sales and marketing since 2009. Diener will continue to work for the parent company Bellevue Group on projects.

Focus Orange - Ronald Doornbos has joined the company as partner, in charge of advising companies on strategic changes to their pension fund, as well as implementation of these changes through negotiations with stakeholders. He was previously retirement leader at Towers Perrin and was member of the Dutch management team at Towers Watson.

Scottish Widows Investment Partnership - Francis Ghiloni has been named head of distribution and client management, having previously worked as head of intermediary distribution at Prudential UK. Based in Edinburgh, Ghiloni will report to managing director Dean Buckley.
