GLOBAL - APG, TNO, AP6, Bouwfonds REIM, AllenbridgeEpic Investment Consultants, SL Capital Partners, Henderson Global Investors
APG - Egon Tibboel has started as managing director of client relations at the €293bn pensions provider APG. Tibboel joined from KAS Bank, where he served in a similar position and was also responsible for business development. At APG, Tibboel will head a team of approximately 10 account managers. He succeeds Karin Roelofs, who joined pensions adviser Mercer on 1 September.
TNO - The €2.3bn pension fund of technical research institute TNO has appointed Hans de Ruiter as CIO. De Ruiter will replace Arjan Vermaire, who has joined the €10.4bn pension fund for road transport (Vervoer). Currently, De Ruiter is senior investment manager at the €5.5bn pension fund of steelworks Hoogovens. He is also chairman of the Association of investment professionals (VBA Beleggingsprofessionals).
AP6 - Marianne Dicander Alexandersson has stepped down as chief executive at AP6 - one of Sweden's national buffer funds, with a focus on private equity - after less than a year on the job. She is set to join Global Health Partner, a listed healthcare company. The recruitment process for a new chief executive is underway, although AP6 said Alexandersson would remain in her role for some time.
Deutsche Bank Asset Management - Kevin Parker, Deutsche Bank's long-serving head of asset management, is to stand down from the group executive committee (GEC) at the end of May. His departure will see a change in the committee's management structure, with Michele Faissola assuming responsibility for both asset and wealth management. Head of private wealth management Pierre de Weck is set to leave the GEC at the same time as Parker.
Bouwfonds REIM - Wassili Diagos has started as financial manager at Rabo Bouwfonds Communication Infrastructure Fund (CIF), the infrastructure fund of Bouwfonds REIM. In his new job, Diagos will be responsible for further improving the financial structure as well as treasury, risk and value-based management. He succeeded Marc Jan Kroes. Diagos joined Bouwfonds REIM from Triodos Investment Management, where he served as senior investment manager.
AllenbridgeEpic Investment Consultants - Neil Morgan has joined as a senior adviser. He joins from Bluefin, where he was head of the investment consulting practice and a senior investment consultant. Before then, he worked for both JLT and Hewitt Bacon and Woodrow.
SL Capital Partners - David Currie is to retire as chief executive after 33 years in the private equity industry. In the interim, he will move to the role of senior partner. Existing partners Peter McKellar and Craig Williamson have been appointed to act as co-ordinating partners. Currie was a founding partner of SL Capital, joining in 1998.
Henderson Global Investors - Iain Clark is set to retire from the asset manager, while Stephen Peak, director of international equities, has been named lead portfolio manager of the Henderson International Opportunities fund. Clark will remain as an adviser on the fund until year-end. Bill McQuaker will continue as the fund's asset allocation strategist.
