GLOBAL – PPF, JLT, Capita, Pantheon, Mitsubishi UFJ, Carmignac Gestion, Ossiam, Muzinich & Co, BlueBay, KNG, Stenham
Pension Protection Fund – The lifeboat scheme's CFO Andy McKinnon has joined the board as executive director. McKinnon, who joined the PPF last year, has previously worked at Legal & General, JP Morgan and Swiss Re.
JLT Employee Benefits – Margaret Snowdon will join at the end of the month as an executive within the trustee solutions business. Snowdon is currently a governor of the Pensions Policy Institute's council and chairs the Pensions Administration Standards Association. In the past, she also oversaw the drafting of the UK's code of conduct on incentive exercises, such as Pension Increase Exercises and Enhanced Transfer Values.
Capita Employee Benefits – Joining from Buck Consultants, Bobby Riddaway has been named head of investment consulting. Prior to his time at Buck, where he was principal within the investment team, he worked at Hewitt Associates and HSBC Actuaries and Consultants.
Pantheon – Andrea Echberg will join as partner and head of European infrastructure investments, based in London. Echberg was previously head of infrastructure at Société Générale's principal finance team, overseeing the French lender's co-investment projects. In the past, she has worked at both Macquarie Capital and ABN Amro.
Mitsubishi UFJ Securities International – Paul Hartwell has been appointed chief executive, subject to regulatory approval. The role will also see Hartwell sit on the company's international management committee, reporting to the parent company's head of international business and principal executive officer Cliff De Souza.
Carmignac Gestion – Retaining his responsibilities as head of credit, Keith Ney has been appointed co-manager of the company's European bond fund, acting alongside Carlos Galvis. Ney has worked at Carmignac for eight years, holding a number of positions in that time.
Ossiam – The ETF provider and affiliate of Natixis Global Asset Management has appointed Michel Prouteau as head of institutional sales in France. He joins from Deutsche Bank and spent nearly two decades at Société Générale.
Muzinich & Co – Warren Hyland has been named emerging market corporate debt portfolio manager, leaving Schroders after nearly 12 years. Prior to his time at Schroders, where he worked in emerging market and high-yield debt, he spent several years in various roles at Unicredio.
BlueBay Asset Management – Steven Bayly joins as head of German sales. Bayly previously worked as head of institutional business for Germany and Austria at BlackRock and was a member of the company's German executive committee. He has also worked at Deutsche Investment Trust as head of domestic fixed income.
KNG Securities – The fixed income specialist has appointed Derrick Lockley and Gwenaël Fort to its convertible bonds teams. Lockley has nearly two decades of experience and joins from Citigroup Global Markets, where he was most recently managing director of European convertible bonds. Fort, who in the past worked at Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch, joins from German lender Commerzbank.
Stenham Consultants – Joining from SAIL Advisors, Akshay Krishnan has been named senior research analyst with responsibility for the company's global macro strategies. Krishnan moved to UK in 2011 and has previously worked at ING and BNP Paribas, in both instances specialising in the hedge fund market.
