UK - The £58m (€85.2m) pension fund of West Bromwich Building Society has tapped Lane Clark & Peacock (LCP) to provide pensions actuarial, investment and administration services, as well as corporate advice.
It is unclear who LCP will replace but Jacqui Randle, head of people support at the building society, said in a statement the fund appointed LCP via an official tender process.
"Throughout the tender process, the team demonstrated that it understood the complex needs of the scheme and that it is capable of providing solid advice from each of its practices," said Randle.
Meanwhile, the £580m (€856m) Highland Council Pension Fund has also chosen a new actuary as well as re-appointing its incumbent consultant.
Hymans & Robertson won the contract for the position of consultant to the scheme for another five years.
Barnett Waddingham was appointed as actuary for the same period.
