NETHERLANDS – WM Performance Services has appointed Rob van Boeijen as senior relationship manager.
Van Boeijen, 42, will be based in WM’s Amsterdam office.
He succeeds Robert Rijlaarsdam, who has moved to another job within the organisation.
Van Boeijen joins WM from Theodoor Gilissen Securities, where he was head of institutional sales. He previously served in a range of roles within the Dutch pensions and investment industry.
Offering services to pension funds, asset managers and administrative organisations, WM is the European performance measurement division of State Street Corporation. It claims to measure two-thirds of the Dutch pensions assets.
In other news, former ING sales and marketing director for securities services and wholesale banking, Ingrid Reichmann, has joined Partners at Work, a human development and financial and professional services executive search company.
Reichmann, 39, was at ING for 14 years. Before becoming director, she fulfilled numerous senior management positions at ING Bank and ING Barings.
Based in Naarden-Vesting near Amsterdam, Reichmann will be involved in executive search, career counselling, coaching and development.
Reichmann told IPE that her decision to move was motivated by her interest in the human capital part of the business. She will work alongside Marline Stoffer and Josephine van der Vossen, who both have extensive experience in the financial services sector.
ING marketing manager Bart de Haan, sales and relationship manager Richard de Bruijn and global head of ING securities services Jurry de Vries have taken over Reichmann’s responsibilities at ING.
