FRANCE – CDC Ixis Asset Management has reorganised its senior management, and appointed Thierry Dissaux as chief executive officer for France.
Dissaux, formerly director of corporate development and communications at CDC Ixis, will be responsible for all Paris-based operations. He replaces Emmanuel du Boullay who resigned at the end of last year.
Dissaux is also a member of the group executive committee chaired by Daniel Roy. He will also chair the supervisory board of the private capital management group subsidiary which specialises in high net worth investors.
As part of the restructuring, Dissaux will chair an operational executive committee for France along with three directors whose responsibilities will be as follows:
-Roland Calvo, chief investment officer, will direct all Paris-based portfolio management teams and will chair the investment strategy committee.
-Franck Fournelle will remain director of information technology
-Herve Guinamant, now business development director, will be in charge of all sales and marketing teams.
As of end December 2002, CDC Ixis Asset Management had over 300 billion euros in assets under management.
